  NEVER PAY THESE FOOLS. If you do the right thing, they will STILL report a $0 twice monthly for several years. Don't even think about doing business with them. Seeking legal representation now.

  I had a medical bill that slipped through the crack somehow. i pay my bills 100% on time as soon as I learned is was on my credit report i contacted them and offered to pay it. They told they we take it off my credit report. when I call back months later and talked with another representative they informed they do not do that and that's the reason the representative is no longer there is for giving bad information. Shouldn't the company stand behind what the clients are told. very bad customer service.

  Received a call from Amcol. The lady that called was not rude but would not provide any info without my DOB. I hung up and called back after I researched the company. The second lady was very kind. She explained why they were calling and offered a settlement to pay off - which I accepted. All in all, it wasn't that bad. Hindsight, it was a bill that needed paid anyway that I forgot.
