  I have dealt with the Horton Company for over 10 years and the service I receive has always been very friendly and professional service. The Horton Company oversees my rental property and saves me a great deal of time by handling my property which is not an easy task. Horton has taken care of court cases involving my property with past tenants, eviction notices, property damage from tenants and the list goes on. They do a great job on keeping me informed about my property whether it is good or bad. I noticed some bad views and I can attest that they are from past tenants who didn't depart on a good note which is no fault of the Horton Company. I know from experience of dealing with bad tenants who doesn't pay and gets evicted and than blames the company. We have to be adults and own up to our own faults and not blame the Horton Company for doing their job and having individuals removed from the properties. Tenants must realize that when they do not pay the expense still falls on the owners. Horton Company (Mrs. Edie and Mrs. Tammie), I truly appreciate all you have done with my property and all that you will continue to do with my property. I will definitely continue to refer individuals moving to Columbia to your company because I am very satisfied with the service that your company provides.
